Supreme Court hears 'Bong Hits 4 Jesus' Case

Far too much time and money has been spent on this simple Freedom of Speech case. The kid in question has long since graduated.

The Bureau of Common Sense Rules:

Case dropped - Ruling: A public school cannot suspend a child for testing the theory of freedom of speech, a theory learned within the walls of said institution. Yes, we do not condone his choice of testing methods and he has been repremanded as such. Suspension reduced to one day served, the school will no longer take action against such incidents.
